Welcome to Innovate Holidays. By booking any of our travel services, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and a smooth travel experience for all our valued customers.

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made through official Innovate Holidays channels (website, office, or authorized representatives).

A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and a written confirmation (email or invoice) from Innovate Holidays.

The remaining balance must be paid within the stipulated time frame prior to departure.

Payments

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

All prices are quoted in INR unless specified otherwise.

Any bank or transaction charges shall be borne by the customer.

Amendments & Changes

Any amendments to the booking (dates, names, itinerary changes) will be subject to availability and additional charges.

Innovate Holidays reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, political disturbances, or natural calamities.

Travel Documents & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, ID proofs, tickets, and any other required documents.

Innovate Holidays will not be held liable for denial of travel due to insufficient or incorrect documentation.

Liability & Disclaimer

Innovate Holidays acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.). We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties.

We are not liable for changes in flight schedules, baggage loss, or any unforeseen incidents beyond our control.

Health & Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel.

Any special medical requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Innovate Holidays will not be liable for any health issues, medical emergencies, or expenses incurred during the trip.
